iOS: Games with longevity

I recently saw a tweet by Matt Rix, creator of Trainyard, that got me thinking about iOS games and their, for lack of a better phrase, long-term stickiness. In my huge pile of literally hundreds of iOS games, I started to wonder which of those were the best long-term investments, the apps I found myself coming back to over and over again.
